For people who don't read the manga: Sai is the guy who took Sasuke's place in team 7, and yes, he's very rude towards strangers. It was also mentioned by Naruto and Sakura that his voice is very similar to Sasuke's, also he looks a bit like him. Yamato is the temporary team captain filling in for "busy" Kakashi...
