We have been in our home 30 years and city allowed developer to build a few ft from property line. 9' ft fence installed, but windows look directly in our yard and windows. We have zero privacy and want to establish something quickly. 3' max space due to concrete patio & fence. Approx 80' fence line. We have small back yard, but all windows are exposed. Northern California zone 9.

Max Richter "Song" Fatcat Records
Completed in October 2006, the video for Max Richter's track 'Song', which appears on his album, 'Songs From Before', was shot by film maker Yulia Mahr in a remote part of the Pyrenees. Using out-of-date Super-8mm black and white film stock, and some of the last Kodachrome 40 stock ever produced, it is a neat vsual accompaniment to the grain and atmosphere of Max's music.

In 1987, Chicago TV channels WGN9 and WTTW-11 were hijacked by this guy wearing a Max Headroom mask. 20 years later, he is still at large.
This is a subtitled version of the original footage, since many people cannot tell what he's saying, this makes it easier.
EDIT:
Thanks to a new video with the audio cleaned up, I've found out that he is indeed saying "I still see the X". And the person with the flyswatter is the one who said "Bend over Bitch".
