wikipedia.org Little Barrie are a three-piece band from Beeston, Nottinghamshire in the United Kingdom, since relocated to London. The band consists of Barrie Cadogan (guitar and vocals), Lewis Wharton (bass) and Billy Skinner (drums). Before Billy, Wayne Fulwood was playing drums and singing. Their music could be described as stripped-down soul-infused blues rock 'n' roll. Little Barrie released their debut album, We Are Little Barrie, in February 2005. It was recorded in studio with Edwyn Collins. Wayne left the band before the recording of their second album Stand your Ground, recorded by Blues Explosion drummer Russell Simins and new drummer Billy Skinner. The album is produced by Dan The Automator and Mike " Prince Fatty" Pelanconi Barrie has performed on tour with Morrissey and Primal Scream as guest guitarist.

The F-14 Fighter Interceptor officially ended it's tour of service with the United States Navy on December 26, 2006. Movie fans will remember the F-14 from the 1980's movie Top Gun. The F-14 joined the Navy on December 21th, 1970 and served honorably for 36 years. High maintanence and operation costs were stated as the primary reason. The F-18 will probably take over the F-14 mission. Good News, the F-14 will still be around for a while. Several allied country's still want our Fighter Jet. The F-14 is still flying high, somewhere!
