What happened between Lorelai and Luke on Gilmore Girls?
I'm trying to figure out what happened to Luke and Lorelai's relationship on Gilmore Girls. In Season 5,6 weren't they together? What happened in Season 7? What is going on with Lorelai in Season 7?

In what season of Gilmore Girls do Luke and Lorelai finally DO something?
I'm watching of all of Gilmore Girls (Target had a great sale on the DVDs) and am in season 4 and the Luke and Lorelai thing is killing me! I just want to know what season they admit their undying love for each other (I know they do at some point). Please don't spoil it for me, I don't want to know the episode or how far into the season, just a number will suffice! Thanks!
