Channel 7 'Looking Good' ID (colour remake)

This is a mid 70s style colour remake of the old 1970 Channel 7 "Looking Good" station ID which I made using the same art work used a recreated artwork of the station logo keyed over video clips. I refined the artwork so it looks nice and neat as the video still of the old logo looked rather ripply and I picked some clips that I think would go well in replacement of the original, for the picture at the top I used excerpts from a 1977 and 1979 Channel 7 ID and some excerpts from a mid 70s Export Cola ad and mixed them all together, for the bottom clip I used a clip from a 1981 Seven's Big League footy game and for the circle I used excerpts from a 1976 Paul Hogan Show. I blended the footage together and combined it with a soundtrack of Sherbet's "Life". So if Channel 7 did a revamp of the "Looking Good" logo in the mid 70s it would look something like what I made. channel seven looking good hsv7 1970s 70s australia logo station ident id |
