is subway good to eat on a diet? i have heard that the bread should be avoided at all costs(like all other breads)??? but wouldn't a person need those carbs while on a diet? and would a wrap be healthier then reg bread?(for ex...subway club))

What subway train should I take to get from penn station to Broadway between 39th and 40th street?
I have an interview at1430 Broadway, which is between 39th and 40th street. I am trying to plan ahead on how to get there early. I have tickets to get me into Penn Station, but I am unsure what subway train I should take and what stop I should get off at. Also, if you can answer me about how long you think it will take me once I get into Penn to actually reach this address, that would be helpful.

I Get Confused, I Know what Metro Means but not the exact meaning. It's a measurement in spanish, it's a subway but what people intend to mean with Metro Area, Metropolitan, something to do with subway?

I want to open up either a subway restaurant or a coffee franchise. Is this a good idea?

How long does it take to ride the subway from Brooklyn to the Bronx?
My brother lives in Manhattan and he thinks it takes about 1 or 1 1/2 hours but I just read that it takes 15 minutes to ride the subway from midtown Manhattan to the Bronx. He usually takes cabs so he's not the most reliable source. Destination in the Bronx would be Hostos Community College. Starting point, mmmm, let's say smack dab in the middle of Brooklyn.

How do you open the doors between the subway cars when they are locked?
